Ever wondered about those dip switches on the TDI-20?
The switch settings effect the headset output only (The handset output is wired to be an exact duplicate of the phones handset port) The switches change the configuration of the wires in the headset output and normally do not need to be changed from the 4B default position
Because of this the TDI-20 works on all keysets or single line phone that use the standard 4 conductor modular connector for the handset.
